How many days do I have to return my order?

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy. If you have received product in damaged condition, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with the picture of damaged product. 

When will I get the refund?

Once the product(s) reaches back our warehouse and passes the quality check, refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

  • Cash on delivery– Refund will reflect in 48 working hours from the day refund has been initiated.
  • Prepaid–Refund will reflect in 5-7 working days depending upon your bank.

If it’s been 7 working days or longer since you’ve received the notification and you still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.

Shipping Cost 

Shipping & COD are FREE for delivering products to you. However, for return shipments, you have pay shipping cost for returning your item. So, the cost of only return shipment will be deducted from your refund. 

Can I exchange my product(s)?

Currently, we do not have an exchange policy. You can return the product and get the refund for the same & place a new order for the product you wish to buy.

Why do I have to wait to receive my returned product(s) by seller before I can get a refund?

Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned products meet our return’s conditions.
We need to check and make sure the product(s) you returned:

  • Fall within our 10-day return period. That’s 10 days since the day you received the order.
  • Are in their original state and are not damaged.
  • Are in their original packaging.

As long as your product(s) meet the above criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price. If your returned product(s) don’t meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won’t be able to give you a refund.

How will I get my refund?

Pre-paid Shipments– You will receive your refund via the same method (Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Wallets) that you used to pay for the product(s).

COD Shipments– We will refund into your Google Pay / PayTM / BHIM UPI or to your bank account as per the below bank details shared by you during raising return request online.

  • Account holder name
  • Account number
  • IFSC code

When will you receive my return package?

Once you give the parcel back to the carrier, it can take 2 – 5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us.

As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

General Return Conditions

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Any product below Rs.1000/- will not be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please share us your order number or order confirmation email.
